"Images") are protected by International Copyright Law. All
Images belong to The MTP Network and/or its suppliers and are
presented here in JPEG thumbnails for review purposes only.

Duplicates and original transparencies, negatives or prints may
be licensed to parties or individuals formally through a specific
MTP Network License Contract. Digital files of higher resolutions
may be licensed to image consumers for specific purposes and
within limited time periods through the legal terms of a specific
License Contract.

The Images found on this web site may be saved
onto hard disk and printed for review purposes and selection
and NOT for any publishing, promotional or any commercial end
in printed, digital or electronic form. The Images may not be
uploaded and presented on any web site whatsoever unless by
way of a specific MTP Network License Contract permitting such
use of the Images. The downloading of the Images for any other
purpose, whether personal or commercial, without specific agreement
and permission from the MTP Network, is a violation of International
Copyright Law and is prosecutable by law.

By browsing into this web site, and by viewing one or more of the Images
presented within, the user is agreeing to bind himself and/or
his company to the Terms of this Agreement. A license to use
the Images will not be granted to the client unless under acceptance
of this Agreement.

USER AGREEMENT: |

1. In the case of all Images, the MTP Network ("MTP", "we" or "us")
grants the user a License to use its digitized photographic Images
in accordance with the terms of this Web Site License Agreement.
The Copyright, Intellectual Property, Rights to Use, or any
other rights in and with the Images shall remain with the MTP
Network and its suppliers. Unless otherwise specified, all Images
offered by MTP are Rights-Protected Images.

2. The user of this web-site may not:
a) redistribute, sell, lease or publish the Images,
in any way, manner or form |

| b) review
the Images in electronic format in dimensions higher than 300
x 300 pixels at 72dpi

3. This License shall apply for as long as the user handles the Images
for review purposes; however, it will terminate immediately
once the review period is over, or if the user fails to comply
with any of the terms or conditions set out in this Web Site
License Agreement.

This website is owned and operated by the MTP Network. All its content, including
(without limitation) Images, text and graphics, (the "Content"),
is the exclusive property of The MTP Network, its suppliers
and licensors. The Content may not be copied or retransmitted
in any form without the express written permission of the MTP
Network, unless done in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
